ORDINANCE NO. 04-28 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. The City of Rarnsey Ordains; SECTION 1. PURPOSE Ibis the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real property which property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. Tills chapter is adopt- ed pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by tile City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes its sale. Said prop- erty is legally described as follows: THAT PART OF LOTS 2, AND 2A, BLOCK 1, WEST RADIUM BUSINESS CENTER FIRST ADDITION, ANOKA CQUNTY, MINNESOTA, LYING NORTHERLY Of THE SOUTHERLY 167.00 FEET THEREOF SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE The City Council has by a properly enacted resolution determined the con- sideration and terms upon which the above described property may be sold. SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section $.04.
