ORDINANCE NO. 04-28 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE <br /> SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY. <br /> The City of Rarnsey Ordains; <br /> SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> Ibis the purpose of this Ordinance to <br />authorize the City to sell certain real <br />property which property the City Council <br />has determined is no longer necessary for <br />the City's purposes. Tills chapter is adopt- <br />ed pursuant to and under the authority of <br />Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br />The City Council hereby declares the <br />following legally described real property <br />owned by tile City, as surplus property <br />and hereby authorizes its sale. Said prop- <br />erty is legally described as follows: <br />THAT PART OF LOTS 2, AND 2A, BLOCK <br /> 1, WEST RADIUM BUSINESS CENTER <br /> FIRST ADDITION, ANOKA CQUNTY, <br /> MINNESOTA, LYING NORTHERLY Of <br />THE SOUTHERLY 167.00 FEET THEREOF <br /> SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> The City Council has by a properly <br />enacted resolution determined the con- <br />sideration and terms upon which the <br />above described property may be sold. <br /> SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective <br />upon its passage and thirty (30) days <br />after its publication according to law, <br />subject to City Charter Provision, Section <br />$.04. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the 13th day <br />of July, 2004. <br />Thomas G.
