I I I i I I I I I I I I Councilmember Reimann stated that the hour is too late and the meeting is no longer oonstructive. Motion by Gouncilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to adjourn the Council meeting. Mayor Heitman reopened the precinct liaison discussion and inquired as to which Councilmembers represented which precincts in 1984. Councilmember Cox stated that there is a motion on the floor to adjourn. Mayor Heitman stated that he could introduce a motion to set an adjournment time which would preclude the motion on the floor to adjourn. Councilm~nbers Sorteberg and Reimann withdrew their motion to adjourn. Councilmember Schlueter stated that she represented a precinct in 1984 and would like to serve as Councilmember at large this year. Councilmember Cox stated that if Councilmember Schlueter didn't go on a diet she would be serving at large everywhere. Mayor Heitman stated that those types of con~pents are not necessary. Motion by Mayor Heitman and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to appoint the following Councilmembers to serve as precinct liaisons from January 1, 1985 to December 31, 1985. 1st Precinct: 2nd Precinct: 3rd Precinct: Councilmember Cox Councilm~mber Reimann Counci~r Schlueter Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilm~mbers Sorteberg, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: Councilmember COx. Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adjourn the regular Council meeting. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hei~an, Councilme~ers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None.
