Minnesota State Statute 473.806 requires a moratorium on development <br /> of any properties within Site P designation. <br /> <br />2. ~he subject property is within the moratorium area. <br /> <br />3. Neither Anoka County nor the Metro Council has permitted a lifting <br /> of thatmoratorium. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~r Schlueter and seoonded by Mayor Heitman to adopt the <br />findings of fact, as previously stated by City Attorney and alluding to <br />Minnesota State Statute 473.806, regarding Waste Management of Minnesota, <br />Inc.'s request for a temporary conditional use permit for mining. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heihman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, COx, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Mayor Heitman to disapprove, <br />based on the findings of fact, Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc.'s request <br />for a temporary conditional use permit for mining on the following described <br />property: <br /> <br />~he South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman called for a roll call vote: <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter - Aye <br />Councilmember Reimann - Aye <br />Mayor Heitman - Aye <br />Councilmember Cox - Aye <br />Councilmember Sorteberg - Aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Request To.
