Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Mayor Hei~an authorizing that an appropriate City Staff person make an in-person application for a bond rating change at Moody's Investors Service in New York in conjunction with the refunding bond sale to replace the 1981 general obligation improvement bond. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hei~man, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. F. randfill Ad Hoc C~m~ittee: Motion by Counci~r Cox and seconded by Councilme~r Reimann to appoint Mr. A1 Pearson to the Landfill Ad Hoc Committee. Further Discussion: Councilmember Schlueted stated that one of the original applicants for the C(mmittee should be appointed. Mayor Hei~an stated that the reason there is a vacancy to be filled on the Committee is that Mr. John Lichter declined his appointment. Mayor Heitman stated that he has another individual in mind for this appointment. Councilmember Cox noted that there is a motion on the floor. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers COx, Sorteberg and Reimann. Voting No: Mayor Beitman and Councilm~mber Schlueter. Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember COx to adjourn the regular Council meeting. Motion carried.
