Also a <br />part of the enclosure is the breakdown of your budget. <br /> <br />Mr. Graczyk has informed me the 1986 Capital Improve- <br />ment Plan was presented to the Council on December 17, <br />1985 but the public hearing was continued until <br />January 14, 1986 at which time it will be acted upon. <br />He hopes to be able to give you the information you <br />are requesting by your January meeting.
