ATTAC~U~ENT C

SITE AND DESIGN INFORMATION
T~IS G0U RTS
CENTRAL PARK AND RIVER' S Bf:~D PARK

CENTRAL PARK:

Central Park has minimal topographic variation and is an ideal
site for the construction of tennis courts. The proposed site
presently has grassy vegetation and this will not create
additional site preparation costs. The soil is excellent for
construction and the site can support extensive develo~ent and
intense recreational use.

The proposed tennis courts are designed to enhance the quality of
Central Park to its users. In addition, the courts will be
constructed with the safety of all park users in mind. A ten
foot fence will be constructed around the perimeter of the courts
in order_ to deflect any stray balls back into the courts. The
tennis courts would complement adjacent land uses which are
principally single family homes.

Attached is a site plan of Central Park.

RIVER'S BEND PARK:

River's Bend Park also has minimal topographic variation and is
an ideal location for the construction of tennis courts. The
proposed site has grassy vegetation; this ground cover does not
create any unnecessary site preparation costs.

The tennis oourts are proposed to enhance the River's Bend Park
and maximize its utility to park users. These tennis courts are
designed with the safety of park users in mind. A ten foot fence
will be oonstructed around the perimeter of the courts in order
to deflect any stray tennis balls back into the courts.. The
courts will complement adjacent land uses; presently either
vacant land or single family residential hc~es.

Attached is a site plan of River's Bend Park.
