I <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> ! <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br />The granting of an environmental permit under the provisions <br />of this section shall in no way affect the owners or the per- <br />mitee's responsibility to obtain the approval required by <br />any other statute, ordinance or regulation of any Federal or <br />State agency or subdivision thereof. <br /> <br />170.0112F DNR Permits. <br /> <br />A) Excavations on shorelands where the intended purpose is <br />connection to a protected water shall require a permit from <br />the Zoning Administrator before construction is begun. Such <br />permit may be obtained only after the Commissioner of <br />Natural Resources has issued a permit to work in the beds of <br />protected waters. <br /> <br />B) Any work which will change or diminish the course, cur- <br />rent or cross-section of a protected water or wetland shall <br />be approved by the Commissioner of Natural Resources, and <br />such approval shall be construed to mean the issuance by the <br />Commissioner of Natural Resources of a permit under the pro- <br />cedures of Minnesota Statutes, Section 105.42 and other re- <br />lated statutes. <br /> <br />170.0112G Critical River Overlay District Development Standards. <br /> <br />A) Zoning Provisions. <br /> <br />The following standards shall apply to the Critical River <br />Area as shown on the official environemtnal overlay map of <br />the City.
