AT.TAN JOfl~S~N: <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson is requesting a conditional use permit to use a mobile <br />home as temporary office space until a permanent structure is con- <br />structed on the site in an I-1 Industrial District. Mr. Johnson is <br />also requesting a conditional use permit bo sell automobiles in an I-1 <br />District. Mr. Johnson is proposing to do this on a site on the north <br />side of Bighway ~10, west of Ramsey Blvd. NN and just east of the pet <br />hospital. A site plan will be available at the meeting. The City <br />Ordinance does not permit automobile sales in an I-1 District. <br /> <br /> <br />
