RROUEST FOR CONDITIONAL_USE PERMIT TO_ TEMPORARIL¥__USE MOBILE_ HOME FOR OFFICE SPACE IN AN _I-i _DISTRICT_AND TO SELL AUTOMOBILES IN..AN I-1 DISTRICT:. {~%~E _OF MR. AT.TAN JOfl~S~N: Mr. Johnson is requesting a conditional use permit to use a mobile home as temporary office space until a permanent structure is con- structed on the site in an I-1 Industrial District. Mr. Johnson is also requesting a conditional use permit bo sell automobiles in an I-1 District. Mr. Johnson is proposing to do this on a site on the north side of Bighway ~10, west of Ramsey Blvd. NN and just east of the pet hospital. A site plan will be available at the meeting. The City Ordinance does not permit automobile sales in an I-1 District.
