When said structures are <br />divided by party walls without openings, each portion of <br />such buildir~g so separated shall be deemed a separate <br />building. <br /> <br />Building Height: A distance to be measured from the mean <br />ground level to the top of a flat roof, to the mean distance <br />of the highest gable on a pitched or hip roof, to the deck <br />line of a mansard roof, to the uppermost point on ali other <br />roof types. <br /> <br />Busir, ess: Arty establishment, occupation~ employment or <br />enterprise where merchandise is manufactured, exhibited or <br />sold, or where services are offered for comper, sation. <br /> <br />Business Service: Arty business activity which renders <br />service to other commercial or industrial enterprises. <br /> <br />Butt Lot.: A lot at the end of a block and located between <br />twc, corr, er lots. <br /> <br />Carpnrt: <br />sides. <br /> <br />Art automobile shelter open on one (1) or more <br /> <br />Cellar: That portion of a building between floor and <br />ceiling which is wholly or partly below grade and sc, located <br />that the vertical distance from grade to the floor below is <br />equal to or greater than the vertical distance from grade to <br />ceiling. <br /> <br />Channel: A r, atural or artificial depression of <br />perceptible extent, with definite bed and banks to confine <br />and conduct water either continuously or periodically. <br /> <br />Church: A building, together with its accessory buildings <br />and uses, where persons regularly assemble for religious <br />worship and which building, together with its accessory <br />buildings and uses, is maintained and controlled by a <br />religious body organized to sustain public worship. <br /> <br />Clear-Cuttinq: The removal of an er, tire stand of trees and/or <br />other existinq vegetation. <br /> <br />Clinic: Any establishment where human patients are <br />examined and treated by doctors or dentists but not <br />hospitalized over-night. <br /> <br />Club: Any establishment operated for social, recreational <br />or educational purposes but open only to members and not the <br />general public. <br /> <br /> <br />
