In the case of a lot abutting a cul-de-sac, <br />the lot width is the width measured at right angles to the <br />depth at the building setback requirement; however, in no <br />case shall the width at the property line be less than 40 <br />feet in the Urban Area and 80 feet in the Rural Area. The <br />minimum street frormtage is the lot width requirement for the <br />district in which the parcel is located. <br /> <br />Marmufactured Home: A structure, transportable in one or <br />more sections, which is built orm a permanent chassis and is <br />designated to be used as a dwelling unit with or without a <br />permarment foundatior, when cc, rmnected to the required <br />utilities, and includes the plumbirmg, heating, air <br />cormditiormir, g, and electrical systems contained therein. The <br />term irmcludes army structure which meets all the requirements <br />of and for which the marmufacturer voluntarily files a <br />certificate pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 387.3I <br />through 327.36, as amended. <br /> <br />Minerals: Soil, clay, stone, sand and gravel and other <br /> <br /> <br />
