Mi~,i~um front yard setback is 25 feet except where <br /> adjacent property has existi~,g front yard setbacks <br /> exceeding 35 feet; additional front yard depth may be <br /> required. Minimum rear and side yard setback is 5 feet. <br /> b. Proper screening which includes a planting strip, fence, <br /> or wall ,ust be provided on the property. This ~ust <br /> create a physical separation, of the properties involved <br /> and ~ust be accepted by the City Council. <br /> <br />Any structure exceeding 35 feet in height. <br /> <br />Churches <br /> <br />Golf courses, country clubs, yacht clubs, tennis <br />courts, swim~ing pools, and additional recreational uses that <br />that are not accessory uses to principal uses in the R-iR <br />district. <br /> <br />Home occupations <br /> <br />Nurseries and greenhouses for the cultivation and growing of <br />plants only. <br /> <br />Nursing homes, convalescent homes, homes for the elderly. <br /> <br />Public Buildings <br /> <br />Schools <br /> <br />Utility transformers, pumping stat ions amnd substations are <br />subject to the following minimu~,~ requirements: <br /> a. Must conform with surrounding neighborhood with respect <br /> to setbacks, open spaces, architectural desigr,. Must <br /> be screened. <br /> b.
