MRB MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL AND ~USINESS DISTRICT <br /> <br />INTENT: To accomr~odate mid-density residential housing, offices <br />arid personal businesses, all inter, tied to act a periphery to the B- <br />I Business District. <br /> <br />PERMITTED USES: <br /> Residential Structures <br /> Personal and Professional Services <br /> Restaurants <br /> Churches <br /> Public Buildings <br /> Public Libraries <br /> Offices and Bar, ks <br /> Funeral Homes <br /> Clinics and Pharmacies (excluding veterinary clinics) <br /> <br />ACCESSORY USES: <br /> Signs as permitted in <br /> Private swim~ing pools, tennis courts <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USES - uses permitted with Conditional Use Permit <br /> Automobile parking lots for off-street parking spaces for any <br /> use on adjacent land, when the following minimu~ require~ents <br /> have been met: <br /> a. the minimu~ front yard setback is 25 feet, except <br /> where adjacent property has existing front yard <br /> setbacks exceeding 35 feet, additional front yard <br /> depth may be required.
