SCREENING Where any business is adjacent to residentially zoned/used pro- perty, there shall be screenir~g provided along the boundary of' the residential property. Screening shall also be provided where a business or parking lot is across the street fro~ a residential zone (but not or~ that side of the business con- sidered to be the front). Screening shall consist of the fol lowing: a. shrubs; b. ber~,~s; c. trees. Screening shall be opaque. All screer~ing within 30 feet of any driveway or street shall be less that, 36 inches in height above the curb or center of the street. LIGHTING Any lighting used to illu~inate an off-street parking area, sign or structure, shall be arranged to deflect light away from any adjoining residential district or public street.
