Major Performance Standard Use - Any <br />development of greater than five (5) acres or <br />proposed at a gross denisty of more than eight <br />(8) units per acre or a performance standard <br />tlse-utilizing the density bonus provided <br />herein. <br /> <br />A, pplication for Tentative Development Plan <br />~Approv a ! <br /> <br />A, Filing of Application -An application for <br />%~entative development plan approval shall be <br />filed by, or on behalf of, the property owner <br />with the Zoning En£orcing Officer in such form <br />and ~ith such-information as hereinafter <br />required and upon payment of a filing fee as <br />s~t forth herein. <br /> <br />~;-, Certification of Application - The <br />~pplication for tentative and final development <br />i~]an approval shall consist of maps, 'drawings <br />and plans as set forth in section 15A.7-4, <br />[~erein.
