WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 81-33, the Council adopted the System <br />for implementation in the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the implementation of the System has indicated that certain <br />modifications are needed to improve its effectiveness for the regulation of <br />land use development and provide an opportunity for increased public <br />participation in the land use development process; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council finds that the adoption of the Land Development <br />Guidance System for Planned Unit Developments, as amended, is in the best <br />interest of the public health, safety, and welfare. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT <br />COLLINS that Section 118-83 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and <br />the same hereby is, repealed in its entirety and reencted as the Land <br />Development Guidance System for Planned Unit Developments, as amended,' to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
