PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />PUBLIC BEARING <br /> CITY OF PAMSEY <br /> ANOKA CU3NTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESO~I~ <br /> <br />~he Ramsey Planning and Zoning Co~m~ission conducted a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, February 19, 1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota regarding request for preliminary plat approval; case <br />of Mr. Michael Kovar. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br />Mr. Gerald Zin~mer~nan <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Lee Johnson <br />Dr. Duane Kennen <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the public hearing to order at 7:37 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Bill Baker - Stated he is present representing Mr. Kovar. Mr. Baker <br />stated that Mr. Kovar is proposing to subdivide a 6 acre parcel into 6 lots <br />for selling purposes; there are buyers for Lots 1, 2 and 3. <br /> <br />Lucian Klersy - Inquired as to the proposed use for that parcel that is <br />adjacent to his building. <br /> <br />Mr. Baker stated that Anoka West Welding will be purchasing that parcel. <br />Mr. Baker added that the State Highway Dept. is agreeable to t~mporary access <br />and part of the purchase agreement for each parcel will be that each lot will <br />provide access to the neighboring lot until the planned for rear service road <br />is constructed. <br /> <br />fhairman Peterson adjourned the public hearing at 7:48 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Sylvia Frolik <br />Secretary <br /> <br />February 19, 1985 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
