Mr. Wetterlind is proposing to <br />have his daughter construct a house on one of the two acre lots. <br />Access to this lot is proposed to be from 159t_b Lane. Mr. <br />Wetterlind appeared at the February 26, 1985 City Council meeting <br />with this request and the Council referred the matter to the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission for discussion and recommendation. <br /> <br />~he following information is enclosed as (D2-e) for your <br />consideration: <br /> a) Site location <br /> b) Proposed subdivision of lot <br /> <br />Commission Action: Your action will be based on your discussion <br />of this matter. <br /> <br /> <br />
