Lack of thoroughness of drainage plan. <br /> <br />Commission desire to see a petition for a permanent service road to <br />the rear of the property. <br /> <br />Further, that if a petition for a pernkanent service road is not submitted <br />along with the preliminary plat in March, the plat will not be approved. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: commissioner Deemer stated that if the petition fails, he <br />can Justify allowing front access off Hwy. ~10 based on the fact that the <br />developer did make an attenpt towards progress. Mr. L. Klersy Inquired as to <br />what procedure is used to init/ate service road installation.
