Newly crested <br />lots shall conform lo the ~leslgn <br />perfOrmance standards of Ihs Del·no <br />Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances. <br /> b. The simple division of · single <br /> parcel, tract or Io! to create no more <br /> than two (2} lots ·nd the newly <br /> created property line will not cause <br /> the remaining portion of the lot or <br /> ~'lny structur~ fo be In violation with <br /> this ordinance' or the Del·no Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> c. Information Requirements. The <br /> following Information shall be sub- <br /> mitred along with the application for <br /> lot consolidation or simple sub- <br /> division. <br /> a. Survey prepared by s registered <br /> land surveyor which Includes: <br /> (1) Original and proposed lot boun- <br /> daries. <br /> (2) Location of existing structures <br /> on the site. <br /> b./[ mailing list of property owners <br /> located within 350 feet of the~ubJect <br /> property obtained from · certified <br /> · betractor in order to notify the <br /> property owners for any written or <br /> oral comments or objections. <br /> e. Title search showing any <br /> existing deed restrictions. - <br /> ¢. The Zoning Administrator may <br /> require additional Information <br /> outlined in Section 6 of this ordinan- <br /> ce If deemed necessary. <br /> SECTION 2.
