Voting No: Councilmembers Cox and Reimann. <br /> <br />Mr. (bodri~ noted that even though the above motion did pass, it did not <br />acoomplish dispensing with the reading of the resolutions because a motion to <br />dispense with resolution reading requires a unanimous vote. <br /> <br />Councilment~z Cox noted that with the change to the charter he is <br />recommending, it would only take one vote to get the resolution read. <br /> <br />BI. Voting Yes: Mayor Beitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, COx, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
