Members Present: Mr. Kenneth Peterson, C~airman Mr. (3uarles LaDue Mr. Lee 3ohnson Mr. Terry Bendriksen Mr. Gerald 3immerman Mr. Ben Defamer Also Present: City Planner Anne Norris Mem~rs Absent: Dr. Duane Kennen (~airman Peterson called the regular Planning and Zoning meeting to order at 7:37 p.m. APPRfR~AL OF.AGENdA Motion by Commissioner Johnson and seoonded by Co~nissioner Deemer to approve the agenda with the following o~rrections: 1) Delete the following per Mr. Dennis Krueger's request: Public hearin9 for oonditional use permit to operate video rental in residential district; case of Mr. Dennis Krueger. 2) Delete the following per Mr. Dennis Krueger's request: Case ~2 - Request for oonditional use permit to operate video rentals in an R-1 residential district; case of Mr. Dennis Krueger.
