Mr. Schnelle <br />stated that Planning and Zoning can include reoommendat/ons in their <br />preliminary plat approval but road oonstruction and development is Council's <br />realm and it was wrong of Planning and Zoning to delay plat approval. <br /> <br />H. Mr. Schnelle stated that Staff will look into it. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that DNR is requesting that Ramsey prepare an overlay map <br />of wetlands, shorelands, critical areas, wild and scenic areas and floodways. <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that such a map could oost $1600-$1700. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seoonded by Councilmember Cox authorizing <br />the City Engineer to prepare a map overlay to Ramsey's existing map that will <br />designate wetlar~s, shorelands, critical areas, wild and scenic areas and <br />floodways, at a cost not to exceed $300.00. <br /> <br />Mot/on carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Beitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
