Seoond Addit~or~ ~'ame Of
River~ B~nd Properties:

Mr. Lyle McLaughlin was present.

Commission consensus was that the sketch plan was in order and the developer
should proceed to the preliminary plat stage.

Mr. Lyle McLaughlin stated that the density issue has not been resolved as
yet, but at the time building permits are applied for, more discussions with
DNR will take place.

C~mmissioner Dee~er stated that he still feels that DNR is ]n error in using
the oxbow as a point of measurement in the Wild and Scenic River Ordinance.

(~airman Peterson referred to Planning and Zoning meeting minutes dated
January 15, 1985 in which it was a C~mmission oonsensus to table preliminary
plat approval until the density issue has been resolved with DNR.

Mr. McLaughlin stated that he feels safe in saying that he essentially does
have DNR approval and discussions will oontinue as the site plan is developed;
what has not been resolved is the n~amber of units that will be allowed - the
bottom line would be 30 and the top would be 52.

Oo~issioner Deemer expressed ~oncern with storm water drainage.

Mr. McLaughlin replied that storm water run off must also meet DNR
requirements.
March 5, 1985
