FOR PRELIMINARY PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PL~ REVI~:. CASE OF NOR~FORK DEVRTDPMENT ~he developer is requesting a review of the preliminary plan for the first ~hase of a planned unit development for that area known as the General Mills property. This property contains approximately 1250 acres. The first phase of the development shows 50 single family residentail lots of approximately 2.5 acres each. At its completion, the entire development is scheduled to have 251 single family residential lots of 2.5 acres each. The City Council will hold the public hearing on the preliminary plan at its April 23, 1985 meeting. The City Engineer will have a report available at the meeting.
