FOR PRELIMINARY PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PL~ <br /> REVI~:. CASE OF NOR~FORK DEVRTDPMENT <br /> <br />~he developer is requesting a review of the preliminary plan for <br />the first ~hase of a planned unit development for that area known <br />as the General Mills property. This property contains <br />approximately 1250 acres. The first phase of the development <br />shows 50 single family residentail lots of approximately <br />2.5 acres each. At its completion, the entire development is <br />scheduled to have 251 single family residential lots of 2.5 acres <br />each. The City Council will hold the public hearing on the <br />preliminary plan at its April 23, 1985 meeting. Proposed layout of complete <br /> <br />development <br /> <br />Con~ission Action: Your action will be to recommend that the <br />preliminary plan be approved, disapproved or modified after the <br />public hearing has been held. <br /> <br />CASE #6: RFigUEST FQ~ METF~q AND B(~]NDS SUBDIVISION;.CASE OF <br /> ('~I'~RTA FRITZ <br /> <br />Gloria Fritz is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision of her <br />property at 16420 St. Francis Boulevard.
