I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> AND ~ON] 1~ <br /> <br /> CITY OF' RAMSF..¥ <br /> ANOKA <br />S~ O~ MINNESO'I~ <br /> <br />~ public hearing was conducted by the Ramsey Planning and Zoning (bmm~ss~on on <br />Tuesday, March 26, 1985 at t~e Ramsey Municip~l Center, 15153 N~wthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota zegarding zequest for preliminary plat approval of <br />Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 3; case of Mr. A1 Bullock. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Terry Bendriksen <br />Mr. Benjamin De~mer <br />Dr. Duane Kennen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. ~e J~nson <br />Mr. ~raldZimmerman <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the public hearing to ozder at 7:02 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN IN~3T <br /> <br />Mr. Bullock was present. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson noted that the firm Mr. Bullock hired to prepare the plat, <br />John Oliver and Associates, did not do an adequate job as doc~Dented in City <br />Engineer Raatikka's letter dated March 13, 1985. Chairman Peterson also noted <br />that inadequate plats have been the City's past experience when dealing with <br />John Oliver and Associates. Chairman Peterson stated that there are not <br />enough deficiencies in this particular plat to cause a delay in action, but in <br />the future there Gould be a delay if all items required by the City are not <br />turned in. <br /> <br />Mr. Bullock stated that he never received a copy of City Engineer letter dated <br />March 13, 1985. Mr. Bullock referred to the drainage concern in Mr. <br />Raatikka's letter and stated that this plat is only dealing with Lot 1 and an <br />outlot; the drainage on Iot 1 is obvious. <br /> <br />fbn~nissioner De,er replied that future subdivision of the outlot will require <br />drainage plans for I~Dt 1, Block 1 being included in the entire parcel plat. <br /> <br />Motion by Co~ssioner De~er and seconded by Commissioner Bendriksen to <br />adourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />March 26, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
