Bud Suater, Thomas Sauter, and Greg Sauter, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," in conjuction with a <br />oonditional use permit to mine fill from the property located at <br />the northeast corner of the intersection of Industry Avenue and <br />Sunfish Lake Boulevard. <br /> <br />~he conditional use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the <br />Applicant agreeing to and complying with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />A ~hasing plan and restoration plan shall be provided <br />and followed to minimize wind and water erosion of the <br />site. <br /> <br />A buffer area shall be provided between the residential <br />properties and the site of the mining. ~his buffer may <br />include screening or fencing. <br /> <br />3. Ail final slopes shall be less than four feet horizontal <br /> to one foot vertical (4:1). <br /> <br />4. ~he hours of mining operation shall be limited to between <br /> __ a.m. and .. p.m. <br /> <br />A bond in the amount of $ to cover any screening <br />and costs incurred in the restoration plan shall be filed <br />with the City. <br /> <br />~e City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the pre- <br />raises at any reasonable time if it receives complaints <br />from adjoining property owners. <br /> <br />7. ~his conditional use permit shall apply to that property <br /> legally described as follows: <br /> <br />~he Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section <br />26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except <br />the following described parcel of land: Commencing at the <br />northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the South- <br />west Quarter; thence southerly along the west line there- <br />of, a distance of 360.00 feet to the point of beginning of <br />the land being described; thence easterly, at right angles, <br />a distance of 456.00 feet; thence southerly, ar right an- <br />gles, a distance of 220.00 feet; thence westerly, at right <br />angles a distance of 456.00 feet, more or less, to the <br />west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quar- <br />ter; thence northerly, along said west line, a distance of <br /> <br /> <br />
