CHUCK CHRISTIAN <br /> <br />Mr. Christian is requesting a variance from the subdivision <br />requirements for a metes and bounds subdivision of his property. <br />The property is located approximately 300 feet southwest of the <br />Verndale Commercial Park and is zoned RB-la Rural Business. The <br />parcel is approximately 8.5 acres. Mr. Christian is proposing to <br />split the lot along the north-south center line. <br /> <br />For your consideration, enclosed in (D2-a) is the foll~ing <br />information: <br /> a. Voting yes <br /> <br />. Voting no <br /> <br />CASE #2: REQUEST ~QR SKETCH PLAN REVI~. ALPACA ESTATES, <br /> THIRD ADDITION: CASE OF MR. HAAKON JARNES <br /> <br />Mr. Jarnes is requesting sketch plan review of Alpaca Estates, <br />Third Addition. Mr. James is sukmitting this plat as a result <br />of the Council's adoption of Resolution #85-82 regarding rural <br />residential density standards. The plat proposes twenty one <br />residential lots; four of these lots are along the Mississippi <br />River. The river lots range from 2.57 to 2.73 acres in size. In <br />addition, an outlot of approximately 1.5 acres in proposed along <br />the river, west of the four river lots. The remaining lots are <br />at least 2.5 acres. The City Engineer's report on this will be <br /> <br /> <br />
