The street frontage of the <br />5 acre Imrcel is 266' and subdivision would result in 133' of street frontage <br />for each lot. Gloria Fritz stated she is declaring hardship as she must <br />liquidate for funds to support her disabled mother. Ms. Fritz stated she has <br />a buyer for the b~me that cannot afford the entire 5 acre parcel; Ms. Fritz <br />stated that the lot split would make her lot property more saleable and <br />affordable. <br /> <br />(lm~issioner ZJmmerman noted that there is property adjacent to the Fritz <br />property that is being used for commercial; there is the p~tential to find a <br />buyer with a o~mercial use for the property and proceed with the rezoning <br />process. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner De,er and seoonded by Commissioner Zim~erman to <br />reoa~mend that Council not approve any lot split of the Gloria Fritz property <br />located at 16420 St. Francis Blvd. at this time because of inadequate street <br />frontage on a State high~ay. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Cx~missioners Zimmer, <br />Deemer, LaDue, Hendriksen and Johnson. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />C(mmissioner Kennen. <br /> <br />~ Information Rega_ rding Excepting_ Minor Subdivisions From <br /> bh~bdivision Requ_ irements: <br /> <br />NO action. <br /> <br />Anne Norris noted that there will be a special joint meeting of Gouncil, <br />Planning and Zoning and Eooncmic Develolm~_nt regarding tax increnent financing <br />on April 30 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson noted that the next Planning and Zoning work session will be <br />on April 16. <br /> <br />Motion by Cxmm~issioner Johnson and seoonded by Ow, missioner Deemer to adjourn <br />this regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, C~mmissioners Zi~merman, <br />Deemer, Hendriksen, r,ar~e and Johnson. Voting No: None.
