Council recessed at 8:55 p.m. Mayor ~eitman called the zegular Council meeting back to order at 9:07 p.m. I I I I I I I Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seo0nded by Councilmenber Schlueter to approve the agenda with the following additions and addressing Cases 13 and 14 as the first order of business under Council Business: Case %15: Request For Council Approval For An Air Shcw At Gateway North Industrial Airport; Case Of Mr. Virgil Barnes. Case ~16: Drainage Problem; Case Of Mr. Jim Armstrong. Case ~17: Council Receiving Of Petition Opposing Storm Drainage Improvements Proposed In Watershed District ~43. Case ~18: Planning and Zoning Commission Request For Council To Review Recommended Resolution Regarding Rural Residential Density Further Discussion: Councilmember COx requested that the following items be placed on the next regular Council agenda: a) Needed repairs at Sunfish Blvd. railroad crossing; b) Request for County to upgrade and widen Armstrong Blvd. thro]3gh the County Thoroughfare Improvment Plan. Council had no objection to these items being placed on a future Council agenda. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Beitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, COx, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. PUBLIC HEARINGS Mayor Heitman adjourned the regular meeting at 9:12 p.m. in order to conduct the following public hearings: 1) To vacate unnecessary easements in the plat of River's Bend. 2) For issuance of industrial revenue bonds for Mr. Greg Johnson, Food and Fuel project. Mayor Heitman called the regular Gouncil meeting to order at 9:20 p.m. APPROVAL OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES Motion by Councilmenber Schlueter and seoonded by Mayor ~eitman to approve regular City Council meeting minutes dated February 26, 1985 with the following oorrection: 1) Page 20, last ~aragraph, 2nd line - 'defeaning' should be changed to March 26, 1985 Page 9 of 26
