I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA ODUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, April 16, 1985 <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to <br />address the unfinished business items from the April 9, 1985 regular Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Heitman <br />Councilm~ber Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Jean Schl ueter <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />Director of Technical Services Clayton Berg <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Reporter Angela Flint <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman called the special Council meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZ~ INPUT <br /> <br />Terry Lamont - 15421 Nowthen Blvd. - Stated that his area was blacktopped in <br />1984 and his wife checked the assessment roles at City Hall and two families <br />were not included in those roles. <br /> <br />Council directed City Staff to recheck the appropriate assessment roles and <br />place this issue on the next Council agenda. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />The following cases were carried over from the April 9, 1985 Council meeting <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Case ~8: Items Not Finished From March 26. 1985 Council Agenda: <br /> <br />D. Placement Of Anne Norris. Urban Economic Develo_~ment Planner. <br /> Permanent Employment Status: <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that this case was not to have been on this <br />special agenda; a motion was made on April 10 to send the case back to the <br />Personnel Committee. ~he Personnel Cc~tt~ met once and will be meeting <br />again next week; the Personnel Committee has no reoommendation regarding this <br />case at this time. <br /> <br />Mayor Beitman stated that he was of the understanding that the Personnel <br /> April 16, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 2 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
