Does the landscape plan provide for treatment of vehicular use, <br /> open space and pedestrian areas which contribute to their usage <br /> and visual appearance? <br /> <br />41. Does the landscape plan provide for treatment adjacent to the <br /> building(s) which increases the overall visual quality of the <br /> building design? <br /> <br />42. Does the landscape plan screen utility boxes, parking areas, <br /> loading areas, trash containers, outside storage areas, blank <br /> walls or fences and other areas of low visual interest from <br /> roadways, pedestrian areas and public view? <br /> <br />-lO- <br /> <br /> <br />
