Is the project contiguous to an existing transit route? <br /> <br />b. Is the project located at the intersection of a collector and <br /> arterial street? <br /> <br />c. Is the project located within "north" Fort Collins? <br /> <br />d. Is the project located more than 3/4 mile from an existing or <br /> approved community/regional shopping center? <br /> <br />e.
