Does the project gain its primary vehicular access <br /> from a street other than South College Avenue? <br /> <br />Are all repair, painting and body work activities, <br />including the storage of refuse and vehicle parts, <br />planned to take place within an enclosed structure? <br /> <br />DOES THE PROJECT EARN AT LEAST 50% OF THE MAXIMUM <br />POINTS AS CALCULATED ON "POINT CHART B" FOR THE <br />FOLLOWING CRITERIA? <br /> <br />a. Is the project contiguous to an existing transit route? <br /> <br />b. Is the project located at the intersection of a collector and <br /> arterial street? <br /> <br />c. Is the project located within "north" Fort Collins? <br /> <br />d. Is the project located more than 3/4 mile from an existing or <br /> approved community/regional shopping center? <br /> <br />e.
