Utilization of the <br />performance standard district sbal! be consistent with <br />the goals and ob,j~ctives of the City, with the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan and adopted policies and ordinances <br />and shall be appliea oa~y where such district furthers <br />and promotes the pub]ic health, safety and welfare. <br /> <br />Section 15A.2 Permitted Uses <br /> <br />The following are the only permitted uses within the <br />R-PS district and are subject to the General Conditions <br />specified in Section 4.5: <br /> <br />15A.2-1 Single-Family Detached Dwelling Unit <br /> (Conventional Dc~veIopment ) <br /> <br />15A.2-2 Public Parks and Playgrounds <br /> <br />Section 15A.3 R-PS Performance Standard Uses <br /> <br />The following uses are permitted in the R-PS district <br />only in accordance with the performance standards and <br />the procedures incorporated herein: <br /> <br />15A.3-1 <br /> <br />15A.3-2 <br />15A.3-3 <br />15A .3-4 <br />15A.3-5 <br />15A.3-6 <br />i5A.3-7 <br />15A.3-8 <br /> <br />Single-Family Detached Dwelling Unit <br /> (Performance Standard) <br />Single-Family attached <br /> [hlplex <br />Triplex <br />Quadruplex <br />Tow~ hO~lSe <br />Condominium <br />Mu] ti-family <br /> <br /> <br />
