The criteria which will be <br />used in deciding the size of the density .bonus <br />will be largely determined by the presence of <br />the amenities set forth below. The stated <br />increases in density are, however, the maximum <br />which may k2 awarded by the Council for the <br />listed factors and the Council is not obliged. <br />to award any or all of such bonus.
