Enforcement and Penalties. <br /> <br />Sec. 3. <br /> <br />Sec . 4. <br /> <br />Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the <br />provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor, and upon final conviction thereof shall be <br />fined in a sum not to exceed two hundred dollars <br />($200.00) for each offense.
