I I I I I I I I I I I i I Commissior~nembe r moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION %85-1 RESOLUTION OF THE RAMSEY PLANNING COMMISSION FINDING THE CITY'S ADOPTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT DIS~IRICT NO. 1 AND THE ADOPTION OF THE TAX IN(1REMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR PROPOSWn TAX IN(1REMENT FINANCING DISIRICT NO. 1 TO BE CONSISq]~NT WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF T~E CITY WHEREAS, the City's adoption of the Development Program for proposed Development District No. 1 and the adoption of the Tax Increment Financing Plan for proposed Tax Increment Financing District No. 1 within Development District No. 1 have been submitted to the Ramsey Planning Commission pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 472A and Section 273.74, Subd. 3 (c), respectively; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the proposed Develounent Program and proposed Tax Increment Financing Plan to determine the consistency of the Plans to the Comprehensive Plan of the City. NO~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF ~HE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNE.qDTA, as follows.. 1. That the Plans are consistent with the Ramsey Comprehensive Plan and the Commission recommends approval of the Plans to the Ramsey City Council. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissionmemer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey Planning Commission this the day of , 1985.
