The developer <br />desires to proceed i~mediately with grading and excavating and the City <br />Council hereby reaffirms it's granting of grading and excavating permit as a <br />part of the final P.U.D. approval and the developer may prooeed p~rsuant to <br />that. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Gouncilmembers Sorteberg, (Dx, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Art Raudio was present and inquired as to bow those commercial lots in <br />River's Bend are affected by grading permits. Mr. Goodrich inquired if <br />grading and excavating were approved in a previous develot~ent oontract for <br />River's Bend. Mr. Raudio replied that it was not. Mr. Goodrich stated that <br />if a grading plan was not acted on at the platting stage, it will have to be <br />addressed separately. Mr. Raudio stated that he does not want to wait until <br />the platting stage to obtain grading and excavating approval. Mr. Berg stated <br />that Mr. Raudio must make application for a grading permit which must be <br />addressed by Planning and Zoning prior to Council. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that modifications to mining and grading permits will be <br />plaoed on a future Oouncil agenda for discussion. <br /> <br />Motion by Oouncilm~nber Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to <br />approve the agenda as sukmitted. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman amended the motion to add the following case to the agenda as <br />the first order of business. <br /> <br />Case ~IA: Request For Adjustment To Property Valuation; Case Of Mr. <br /> Gary Stritesky. <br /> <br />Councilm~nber Cox seconded the amer~ment to the motion. <br /> <br />Amer~ent carried. Voting Yes: Mayor ~{eitman, Oouncilmm~bers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor ~eitma, Councilm~nbers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />~ Requ_ est For .Adjustment To Property. Valuation: Case Of Mr. Gary_ <br /> <br />Gouncilmmber Cox stated that Mr. Stritesky's case involving 1984 property <br />valuation for taxes payable in 1985 has been discussed at the April 24 and May <br />13 Board of Review meetings; Council has discussed proceeding with an <br />abatament prooess; this process must be accomplished at a Council meeting <br />rather than at a Board of Review intended to address 1985 property valuations <br />with taxes payable in 1986. <br /> May 14, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 5 of 20 <br /> <br /> <br />
