! <br />I <br />! <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />i <br /> <br />NOTICE OF I~LIC HF_~RING <br /> <br /> CITY OF I~SEY <br /> <br />~ OF MINN~ <br /> <br />· 0 WHO~ IT l~Y CONCMRN, <br /> <br /> The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public <br />hearing at 7:30 p.m. on June 4, 1985 in the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 on <br />a request by Alpaca Estates, Inc. for preliminary plat approval <br />of Alpaca Estates Third Addition. <br /> <br />~he property is legally described as follows.. <br /> <br /> Government Lot 1, Section 28, Township 32, Range 25; <br />Government Lot 4, Section 29, Township 32, Range 25; the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, <br />Township 32, Range 25, lying South of U.S. Highway No. 10 and <br />169; the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section <br />29, Township 32, Range 25; that part of Government Lot 1, Section <br />33, Township 32, Range 25, described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Southeast oorner of Government Lot 1, <br />Section 28, Township 32, Range 25; thence running South <br />to the Mississippi River; thence up said Mississippi River <br />to the intersection of said river with the section line run- <br />ning between Sections 28 and 32 to the point of <br />con~nencement; <br /> <br />That part of Government Lot 1, Section 32, Township 32, Range 25, <br />and of Government Lot 3, Seciton 29, Township 32, Range 25, <br />described as follows, to-wit.. <br /> <br />Omm~encing at a point on the East line of Government Lot 3, <br />Seciton 29, Township 32, Range 25, 2 rods South of the <br />Northeast corner thereof; thence West 2-1/2 rods; thence <br />South to the Mississippi River; thence in an easterly <br />direction along said Mississippi River to the East line of <br />said Government Lot Number 3; thence on said East line, <br />North tothepointofco~encement. <br /> <br />All situated in the County of Anoka and State of Minnesota. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the proposed plat. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard <br />N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303.
