Board of Adjustment Variance Request By Mr. George Moroz. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman called the regular Oouncil meeting back to order at 8:04 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF CITY COUNCIL ME. ETING MINUTF~q <br /> <br />1. Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter <br />to approve regular City Oouncil meeting minutes dated March 26, 1985 with the <br />following corrections: <br /> <br />Page 8 - 2nd Paragrat~h - 2nd & 3rd Line - replace the phrase 'the <br />wood was divided up among the highway workers.' with 'the wood was to <br />have been divided up among the highway workers.' (bunci~r Oox <br />noted that the plan to divide up the wood among the highway workers <br />never materialized. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Page 17 - 10th Paragraph - Delete and replace with the following: <br />'councilmember Cox noted that the study would cost Ramsey about <br />$8,000 if ccmlpleted.' <br /> <br />3. Page 23 - 8th Paragraph - 3rd line - Replace the phrase 'for by <br /> County funds' to 'for by MSA funds'. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Oouncilmenbers Sorteberg, COx, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />2. Motion by Counci]member Cox and seconded by Mayor Heitman to approve <br />regular City Council meeting minutes dated April 16, 1985. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilm~nber Cox noted Mayor Heitman's oo~nents on Page <br />3, Paragral~h 4, regarding recalling that the case of placing Anne Norris on <br />permanent enployment status was tabled to April 16 at the April 9 Council <br />meeting. Councilmenber Cox noted City Attorney Goodrich's oo~m~.nts on Page 4, <br />Paragraph 3, regarding that a motion was passed to ~ahle the case of Anne <br />Norris on April 9 and only discussion ensued regarding if it should be tm_bled <br />to April 16 or April 23. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting NO: None. <br /> <br />3. Motion by Councilmenber Cox and seconded by Councilmsnber Sorteberg to <br />approve public hearing meeting minutes dated April 23, 1985 regarding request <br />for preliminary plat approval for Northfork P.U.D. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
