NOTIfE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA GOUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHO~ IT MAY OONCERN: <br /> <br /> The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public <br />hearing at 7:30 p.m. on July 2, 1985 in the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 N~wthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 on <br />a request by Charles Christian for preliminary plat approval of <br />Ramsey Commercial Park. <br /> <br />The property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />of Section 19, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />described as commencing at a point on the north line of said <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 418.00 <br />feet as measured at right angles east of the west line of said <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence South parallel <br />with said west line to intersect the northerly line of the right <br />of way of U.S. Highway No. 10; thence southeasterly along said <br />Highway right of way for 300.00 feet to the actual point of <br />beginning of the land to be hereby described; thence north <br />parallel with said west line of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter for 658.65 feet, more or less, to intersect <br />said north line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter; thence east along said north line for 451.06 feet; <br />thence south parallel with said west line of the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter for 1011.93 feet, more or less, <br />to intersect said northerly line of the Highway right of way; <br />thence northwesterly along said Highway right of way for 571.10 <br />feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Containing 8.6 <br />acres, more or less. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />c(Nmuent on the proposed plat. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard <br />N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303.
