I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 2, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Great Plains Gas, P.O. Box 622, Owatonna, MN, for a conditional use permit to utilize a temporary office structure at 7411 West Highway ~10 in Ramsey until a permanent office structure can be constructed on the site. The legal description of this property is as follows: Auditor's Subdivision No. 34; That part of Lot 3 described as follows, to-wit: starting at the southeast corner of Lot 3, Auditor's Subdivision 34; then northwesterly along the northeast line of State Highway No. 10, a distance of 250 feet; then North and parallel with the east line of said Lot 3 to the southwesterly line of the right of way of the Great Northern and Northern Pacific Railway Co.; then south- easterly along said southwesterly line of said railway right of way 250 feet, more or less, to the easterly line of said Lot 3; then south along said easterly line of said Lot 3 to the point of beginning. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and conm~_nt on the conditional use permit request. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303.
