Cc~mission oonsensus is to address a special use permit agreement with Great <br />Plains Gas at the t/me the appliCant applies for a building permit for the <br />permanent structure. <br /> <br />O0mmission consensus is that January of 1987 is a reasonable expiration date <br />for the special use permit for the t~nporaxy structure. <br /> <br />Case ~.- Request For Conditional Use Permit To Hold An Annual Game Fair; <br /> Case Of Mr. Charles Delaney: <br /> <br />Cc~missioner Dee~er noted that Mr. Delaney usez Anoka as the city rather than <br /> <br />Mr. Delaney explained that using Ramsey leads to confusion and hurts his <br />business; people think he has moved his business to Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated that the Game Fair is known natior~ide and naming <br />Ramsey as the City would aid economic develoi~ent in this City. <br /> <br />Motion by (hairman Peterson and seconded by (lam~issioner Dee~er to accept the <br />findings of fact as presented and based on those findings of fact reo0~end <br />that the City approve Mr. C~arles Delaney's request for a special use permit <br />and enter into a special use permit agreement for the Anoka/Ramsey Game Fair. <br />Further, that the special use permit agreement be amended in the following <br />ways: <br /> <br />Item $1 - Specify that parking will be at Oentral Park. <br /> <br />Add Item ~5 to state that the name of P~3msey be used in publicity <br />literature. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, (Im~issioners Deemer, LaDue, <br />Hendriksen and Z/a~erman. Voting No.- None. Absent: C~mmissioners Kennen and <br />Johnson. <br /> <br />Case %5.- Request For Sketch Plan Re~iew: Ome Of Mr. Lloyd Bearl: <br /> <br />Attorney Bob Perovich was present representing Mr. Bearl. <br /> <br />Ommission consensus was to accept the sketch plan and to request that the City <br />Attorr~3y investigate this action landlocking any other parcels and address the <br />City's liability in regards to this action. <br /> <br />Gommissioner ~er stated that if the City Attorney cannot find a resolution <br />to this situation, he will not be in favor of granting the lot split. <br /> <br />Case %2..
