Motion by Councilme~ber Schlueter and seconded by Mayor Heiman to adopt Resolution %85-134 authorizing the transfer of $4,427.66 fr~m 1984 Imprc~e~ent Fund %408 to Administrative Trust Fund %808. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution %85-134). Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hei~an, fbuncilm~mbers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. B. Reimbursement For The Continuing Education Of Peace Officers And Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. Motion by Oouncilme~ber Cox and seconded by Councilme~ber Schlueter to adopt Resolution %85-135 authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk to sign the State application for reimbursement for the continuing education of peace officers and constables which will enable the City of Ramsey to be reimbursed for its cost. Tax Increment Financina: Council~mber COx expressed concern that the Tax Finance District area designated does not include the acreage to the r~rth of River's Bend on the east side of Hwy. 47, which could be c~nmercial property.
