' s Saloon. <br /> <br />O~uncil consensus is that the minutes should represent the actual sequence of <br />events and Mr. Fountain's comments were placed appropriately. <br /> <br />Motion by Oouncilmeaber (Dx and seconded by (Duncilmember Reimann to approve <br />the special City (Duncil meeting minutes dated July 9, 1985 with the following <br />cor r ections: <br /> <br />1. Page 18 - 9th paragraph - second line - change to read as follows: <br /> "Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None." <br /> <br />Page 10 - add the following paragraph below the first paragraph: <br />"Mayor Heitman thanked Mr. Patton for his comments and inquired if <br />Mr. Patton was the prime mo~er of the petition against the sand races. <br />Mr. Patton replied that he was." <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />Page 21 - 8th paragraph - 4th line - change to read as follows: <br />"the license is contingent upon: 1) payment by the applicant of the <br />property" <br /> <br />4.
