All required parking stalls shall be located on the pr~iees <br />of the principal building. <br /> <br />One parking stall shall not be less than 180 square feet in <br />area, with a nd~.mL~ width of 9 feet. <br /> <br />~ff-street parking is prohibited : <br />- in any portion of the required front yard; <br />- in any more than 2/3 of the required rear yard; <br />- any closer than 5 feet to a property line; and <br />- any closer to a principal building than 5 feet. <br /> <br />S%DPAGE <br /> 1. No materials or equipment may be stored outside except <br /> those directly related to the principa/ use or those <br /> being used for oonstruction on the premises. <br /> 2. All waste materials, debris, refuse or garbage shall be <br /> stored in the rear or side yards and shall be kept in <br /> a screened area such that the containers may not be seen <br /> and such materials shall be lxoperly contained in closed <br /> containers designed for such purposes. ~e owner of <br /> vacant land shall be responsible for keeping such land <br /> free of refuse. <br /> 3. No outside storage of a recreational vehicle, mobile <br /> camping trailer, or any other such type recreational <br /> unit which exceeds 20 feet in length shall be permitted <br /> unless a specially designated parking sp~ce is provided. <br /> <br />Screening shall be required where: <br /> a. Any off-street parking area contains more than six <br /> perking spaces and is within 30 feet of and adjoining <br /> residential use or district; and <br /> b. Where the driveway to a parking area of more than six <br /> parking spaces is within 15 feet of an adjoining resi- <br /> dential use or district. <br /> <br />All required screening shall be placed along property lines <br />or, in case of screenin9 along a street, 20 feet from the street <br />right-of-way with landscaping between the street and pave- <br />ment and such screening shall not extend within 15 feet of any <br />street or driveway. <br /> <br />All screening must be in accorS~noe with the requirements of <br />Section of this chapter. <br /> <br />All screening shall be maintained adequately for the purpose <br />it was originally intended for on the approved plans. <br /> <br />When a multiple dwelling unit structure abutts an R-1R, R-l, R-2 <br />district or use, there shall be either a 15 foot wide buffer <br />area provided on the multiple dwelling unit structure's pro- <br />perry. ~his must be dense enought to create a lahysical separa- <br />t_ion of the Ixoperty and be considered acceptable by the <br /> <br />G-3 <br /> <br /> <br />
