~FINITIO~S Intent The following words and terms, wherever they occur in this chapter, shall be construed as herein defined. Words not defined shall be interpreted in accordance with definitions in any standard dictionary. AB[~I'I~G.. Making contact with or separated only by public thoroughfare, railroad, public utility right-of-way or navigable waters. ACCESSORY BUILDING: Any subordinate building located on the same lot as the principal building and the use of which is incidental to that of the principal building or use of the premises. An attached garage less than 864 square feet or a detached garage of less than 864 square feet shall not be oonsidered an accessory building. ACCESSORY FARM BUILDING: An accessory building used to shelter farm animals (excluding household pets) and/or farm ACf~.~SORY USE: a use naturally and normally incidental to, subordinate to, and auxiliary to the principal per- mitted use of the premises A~D~'. A physical enlargement of an existing structure. AGRICULTURE USES: Those uses commonly associated with the growing of produce on farms. These include: field crop farming, pasture for hay, fruit growing, tree, plant, shrub or flower nursery without building, truck gardening, and livestock raising and feeding, but not including fur farms, o0~rcial animal feed lots and kennels. ~nT.~y: A public right-of-way primarily designed to serve as secondary access to the side or rear of those properties whose principel frontage is on a street. A~I~S. ~O~STIC FARM: Horses, cattle, sheep, ducks, chickens, geese, rabbits, pigeons, goats, hogs, bees, turkeys. ANIMALS. DOMESTIC PETS: Dogs, cats, birds and other oo~,only known house pets. ~AR~4~T: A room or suite of rooms which is designed for, intended for, or occupied as a housekeeping unit and is equip~ with cooking facilities.
