(L~B: Any establishment operated for social, recreational <br />or educational purposes but open only to members and not the <br /> <br />general public. <br /> <br />___~/WPg~R~SIVE PLAN.. A computation of goals, policy state- <br />meats, standards, programs and maps for guiding the physi- <br />cal, social, and eoonomic development, both public and pri- <br />vate, as defined in the Minnesota Municipal Planning Act, <br />and includes any part of such plan separately adopted and <br />any ~endment to such plan or p~rts thereof. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE: A use which may be appropriate in a <br />specific zone, but may require special conditions imposed by <br />the City Council as it may create special problems with <br />regards to the protection of the public welfare, the in- <br />tegrity of the municipal land use plan, and/or the zoning <br />district in which it is located. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT: A permit issued by the City <br />Council in accordance with procedures specified in this <br />chapter which permit is required in order to carry on a <br />'conditional use" as defined in this chapter. <br /> <br />GOVE~%NT: A contract between two individuals which <br />oonstitutes a restriction of a pmrticular use of land. <br /> <br />~: That portion of a lot covered by principal and <br />acoessory use structures. <br /> <br />~]~.' A nomber expressing the ratio of dwelling units <br />to an acre of land. <br /> <br />~: A section or sections of the City for which the <br />regulations and provisions governing the use of buildings <br />and lands are uniform for each class of use permitted <br />therein. <br /> <br />~Q~: Any place where three (3) dogs or more over <br />three (3) months of age are kept. <br /> <br />DOM~-qI~C HAST~ ~ATER: Any water generated by a use used <br />for personal hygiene such as lavatories and related sinks. <br />~is definition ~hall apply only to Sections <br />(RB-la and RI-la) of this Chapter. <br /> <br />]~: The removal of surface water or groundwater <br />fr~m land. <br /> <br />DRIVF,-IN ES~%BLIf~MENT.- An establishment which accom- <br />modates the patron's automobile from which the occupants <br />may receive a service or in which products purchased <br />fr(~ the establis~t may be consumed. <br /> <br />B-3 <br /> <br /> <br />
