Two Family Structures <br /> <br /> Two family structures shall have at least three (3) <br />livable rooms, as defined by the State Building Code, <br />per family and the overall dimensions shall contain not <br />less than 720 square feet on the main living floor per <br />family including foyers and exclusive of garages. All <br />two family structures shall have either an attached or <br />detached garage with overall dimensions of not less than <br />240 square feet per unit. Where a two dwelling structure <br />is constructed with a zero (0) lot line, the overall <br />dimensions of the attached/detached garage shall not con- <br />rain less than 440 square feet per unit. <br /> <br />C. Three or More Family Structures <br /> <br /> Three of more family structures shall have at least <br />three (3) livable rocks, as defined by the State Building <br />Code, and the overall dimensions shall contain the fol- <br />lowing minimum floor areas, exclusive of garages, per <br />unit.. <br /> <br />1. 600 square feet for single floor units; and <br /> <br />2. 800 square feet for multiple level units. <br /> <br />E-6 <br /> <br /> <br />
