Each efficiency unit shall have an attached/detached garage with overall dimensions that oontain not less than 240 square feet per unit. Each unit of three or more dwelling unit structures shall have an attached/detached garage with cwerall dimensions that oontain not less than 240 square feet per unit. ~e surfaces of perking stalls, aisles, and access driveways shall be blacktop, ooncrete or other hard surface and pro- perly maintained for adequate and shall be kept free fr~m dust, dirt and mud. Proper maintenance includes keeping the blacktop, ooncrete or other surface in good oondition and free from chuck-holes and other types of surface cracks and breakage. ~he entire perimeter of the parking stalls, aisles and access driveways shall be curbed with six inch high curbing of poured ooncr ere. All required parking stalls shall be located on the lxe~ises of the ixincilm/ building. One parking stall shall r~t be less than 180 square feet in area, with a minimu~ width of 9 feet. Off-street parking is lxOhibited: - in any portion of the required front yard; - in any more than 2/3 of the required rear yard; - any closer than 5 feet to a lot 1/ne; and - any closer to a p~incipsl building than 5 feet.
