Stacking of vehicles shall not he permitted on a public street. <br /> <br />~here shall he no off-street parking within 3 feet of any street <br />right-of-way. <br /> <br />STORagE <br /> Garbage receptacles, refuse areas must he in rear or side <br /> yards, and must he screened from l~,h_~ic view. <br /> <br />No exterior storage shall he allowed if the property abutts an <br />R-1R, ~R-1 or R-2 district. Where the property does not abutt <br />such district, all exterior storage shall he screened with the <br />exception of: <br /> a. merchandise displayed for sale; <br /> b. materials and equipment ~xesently being used for <br /> construction on the pr~mises; or <br /> <br />c. merchandise located on service station Ixmp islands. <br /> <br />LANDSG%PING <br /> All business uses shall provide a landscaped area along all <br /> streets and areas separatin9 business from residential use. <br /> This shall be kept clear of all structures, storage, and off- <br /> street parking. ~his area shall he at least 20 feet in depth <br /> along all streets, measured from the street right of way. <br /> Except for driveways, the area shall extend along both streets <br /> in the case of a corner lot. <br /> <br />All structures, required landscaping and fences shall he <br />maintained so as not to be unsightly to adjoining areas. <br /> <br />Where any business is adjacent to residentially zoned/use pro- <br />petty, there shall he screening provided along the boundary of <br />the residential property. Screening shall also he provided <br />where a business or parking lot is across the street fr~m a <br />residential zone (but not on that side of the business con- <br />sidered to be the front). Screening shall consist of one or <br />more of the following: <br /> a. shrubs; <br /> b. herms; <br /> c. trees. <br />Screening shall he opaque. <br /> <br />All screening within 30 feet of any driveway or street shall he <br />less than 36 inches in height above the curb or center of the <br />street. <br /> <br />Screening shall consist of an attractive fence or wall, or equi- <br />valent not less than five feet high, but not to extend within <br />fifteen feet of any street or driveway. ~e screening shall be <br />placed along property lines, or in the case of screening along <br />a street, twenty feet from the street right-of-way with land- <br />scaping between the screening and pavement. <br /> <br />H-2 <br /> <br /> <br />
